PANEL HAUS manufactures and provides high-quality European Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) for walls, roofs, and floors made of Neopor Graphite Polystyrene (GPS), glue, oriented strand board (OSB3), and timber framing to builders, architects, designers, and owner-builders Australia wide. We aim to prioritise the health and comfort of building occupants and take an overall approach to creating low-embodied energy buildings with reduced manufacturing and construction waste.

Thanks to the innovative manufacturing process and high-quality materials used, Panel Haus SIPs Maintain absolute dimensional stability, making shrinkage and twisting extremely unlikely.

Austrian-based Egger OSB3 load-bearing boards are engineered for humid
conditions, consisting of high-quality wood strands in a controlled cross-orientation, bound with a synthetic resin that provides both a vapour barrier and an airtight layer.

German-based BASF Neopor is a graphite polystyrene (GPS) rigid foam insulation
that gives maximum efficiency with exceptional insulation characteristics as a result
of high-purity graphite that reflects and absorbs radiant energy, decreasing the
materials' thermal conductivity and increasing its R-value

German-based STEICO's Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) products offer
high stability and strength for construction by using multiple layers of
softwood veneers that are glued together, creating a material that is
highly resilient and more dimensionally stable than traditional solid wood.

The STEICOjoist system uses a slender web material from natural
wood fibreboard to connect the two flanges it is specifically designed
for roofs, floors, and walls, offering reduced thermal bridging, high
dimensional stability, and a lightweight but high load-bearing capacity.
